1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Bet-Gigs (“Platform”), owned and operated by Bet-Gigs Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the website, services, and related applications provided by Bet-Gigs. “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing and using the Platform. “iGaming Experts” refers to professionals offering services via the Platform. “Client” refers to businesses or individuals seeking services via the Platform. “Project” means any work request posted by a Client, to which Freelancers may submit proposals. “Milestone Payment” refers to payment released based on predefined project stages. “Dispute Resolution Process” means the procedure by which disagreements between Clients and Freelancers are addressed. “Gamified Rewards System” refers to our BetStar Loyalty Program, where experts & companies earn rewards based on performance. “Investor” refers to individuals or entities participating in the early-stage investment opportunity within Bet-Gigs.

3. Scope & Modifications

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and using the Platform. Freelancers must have proven iGaming experience and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations. Users agree not to engage in fraud, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or unlawful activities. Users must not attempt to circumvent our fee structure or manipulate the billing process. Clients and Freelancers are prohibited from engaging in off-platform hiring that bypasses Bet-Gigs’ payment and contract system.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Service fees apply as outlined in our Pricing Structure. Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. iGaming experts receive milestone-based payments, and funds are released upon project approval. Cashout Fees: Wire transfers at 1% free plan | 0.5% Pro plan; Cryptocurrency at 3% free plan | 2% Pro plan.

6. Profit-Sharing & Rewards Program

Profit-Sharing Structure 15% of subscription revenue and 10% of project commissions are allocated to a community-based profit-sharing pool. The total goal for this pool is €3M, distributed over 12 months from the launch date. Limited-Time Share Allocation 20% of Bet-Gigs shares are reserved exclusively for freelancers and businesses who contribute to the platform within the first 12 months of the Rewards Program launch. The exact mechanism and legal framework are being finalized. Updates will be shared accordingly.

7. Early Investor Opportunity

Eligibility & Maximum Investment A maximum of €1M is open to investors who wish to participate in Bet-Gigs’ early-stage equity allocation. This offer is available for the first 12 months or until the €3M goal is met, whichever comes first. Investment Terms All investments are subject to Bet-Gigs’ corporate governance and legal frameworks. Investors must complete due diligence and sign an investor agreement prior to allocation. 8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misconduct. Accounts inactive for six (6) months may be closed or subject to a maintenance fee.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Users retain ownership of original work submitted but grant Clients a license to use deliverables upon full payment. Freelancers must ensure that all intellectual property transferred complies with iGaming laws. All communication and project details remain confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bet-Gigs is not liable for project disputes, losses, or damages resulting from freelancer-client interactions. The Platform does not guarantee project success but provides tools to facilitate efficient hiring and execution.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be addressed between Users. If unresolved, Users may escalate to Bet-Gigs for internal mediation before seeking arbitration or legal action. Users agree to comply with Bet-Gigs’ resolution guidelines and arbitration rules if needed.

12. Compliance & Legal Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring their projects adhere to relevant gambling and iGaming laws. Bet-Gigs does not provide legal or regulatory approval for any project. Users must seek independent compliance guidance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or through the courts of [Jurisdiction].

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Bet-Gigs implements industry-standard encryption and security for all data. Users have the right to request data deletion as per applicable data protection laws.
